8. .Condition of painting. Good Condition. Slight crack of the paint ,board painted on is fine see photo

9. .Condition of frame. Good  a few slight scratches.

10. .Colours may differ slightly due to the light when the photo was taken.

11. .Upon completion of sale the back of the work will be papered/framers tape and wall hanging hooks and wire.
